Enrollment Process

To enroll in the FSET Program, a person must be:

  • Receiving FoodShare Assistance, and
  • Age 16 or older

To enroll in the NorthCentral FSET program, a person must be living in one of our nine counties (Adams, Forest, Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Oneida, Portage, Vilas, Wood).


It is very simple to enroll in the NorthCentral FSET Program. You can enroll by:

  1. Phone
  2. Video chat
  3. In person at your local office

You can call 715-421-8608 to immediately enroll in our program between the hours of 8:00am through 4:00pm or to discuss enrollment options at your local FSET office.


FSET offices are open 8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday except on holidays.

Please Note: enrollment only occurs when completing the Enrollment & Orientation appointment with a case manager via phone, video link or in person. A person cannot enroll in our FSET program by just completing these forms.
